We value your privacy. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated history.

Method 1: Instant Deletion via Mobile App

The fastest way to delete your data is directly inside our mobile application:

  1. Open the app and log into your account.
  2. Go to Settings or Profile.
  3. Tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your request to instantly delete your records.

Method 2: Submit a Web Request

If you have already uninstalled the application, use the form below. Our support team will process your request manually within 7 business days.

Data Types Deleted vs Retained:

Deleted: Account profiles, personal metadata, alternative addresses, and app preferences.

Retained: Minimal transaction logs or legal invoices may be maintained temporarily strictly to comply with local financial regulations and tax audits.
